Reflecting on a Milestone Event: INFO TOUR BULGARIA 2024

 

From 28 September to 2 October, Bulgaria proudly showcased its prowess as a premier destination for MICE through the groundbreaking INFO TOUR BULGARIA 2024.

 

Here is a wrap-up of the key moments:
📍 Tour Locations: Spanning the vibrant cities of Sofia, Borovets, Velingrad, and Plovdiv, the tour provided an in-depth look at Bulgaria’s purpose-built venues, hotels, and rich cultural heritage.

🎯 Event Goals:
Demonstrate Bulgaria’s capacity to host international congresses and corporate events.
Showcase modern infrastructure intertwined with cultural richness, enhancing the appeal of event tourism.

📅 Event Highlights:

Day 1: Arrival and a magical evening in Sofia with a walking tour and dinner at COSMOS Restaurant.
Day 2: Insightful pitching sessions, B2B Meetings, and tours of Sofia’s top MICE venues. 50+ B2B meetings have been accomplished!
Day 3 & 4: Visits to Borovets and Velingrad, highlighting top-tier resorts and wellness facilities.
Final Day: Cultural tours and business meetings in Plovdiv, culminating with a grand closing dinner.
