Sopharma Properties is a Real Estate Investment Trust founded in 2006. The company is engaged in the construction and acquisition of investment properties. The main activity of the company is the acquisition and construction of properties for sale and properties and conference rooms for rent.
In 2011 the fund finished the construction of the Sopharma Business Towers project. The EUR 50 million complex consist of two towers with a total of 24,440 square meters of office space, 11 000 square meters of retail space, more than 400 parking lots.
Our clients are financial institutions in the banking and non-banking sector, IT companies, logistics companies, companies trading in electricity, and others.
In 2020, situated in Sopharma Business Towers – Sopharma Event Center opened its doors, as an addition to the iconic buildings of the company, designed by Architectonika Studio with architect D. Paskalev.
Sopharma Event Center is located on an area of 1200 sq.m. on the ground floor and has three separate conference rooms and a spacious lobby, suitable for cocktails, catering, or coffee breaks.
The total area of the lobby in the Event Center is 418 square meters, and the main area provided for catering is 150 square meters.
All halls have professional equipment for events such as seminars, symposia, training, and lectures
Hall 1 is the largest in Sopharma Event Center with a total area of 180 sq.m
Divided by configuration, its capacity follows:
- Arrangement of cinema hall: 170 seats;
- Classroom layout: 100 seats.
Hall 2 is our smallest hall. It occupies 60 sq.m.
Divided by configuration, its capacity is as follows:
- Arrangement cinema: 50 seats;
- Classroom layout: 35 seats.
Hall 3 is the medium-sized hall in Sopharma Event Center.
The area it occupies is 145 sq.m.
Divided by configuration, its capacity is as follows:
- Cinema layout: 130 seats;
- Classroom layout: 60 seats.
