Ivaylo Ivanov is a member of the senior management of Inter Expo Center for more than 10 years now, joining the organisation in 2009. His professional career and experience in the exhibition industry include various projects at Cologne Fair, Danzas Messen, Yorkshire Exhibition Services, and Frankfurt Fair. As part of the ITE Group in London, he has been working on World Petroleum Congress in South Africa and Spain, and for the Moscow International Motor Show. Ivaylo graduated from the University of Cologne in Germany with a degree in Business Administration.

Member of Zonta International, for biennium 2020-2022, representative of the Service committee & Foundation, for Area 05 Rozalina Kreissl established her company 24 years ago inspired by the idea to organize high quality events and trips for corporative and individual clients. She holds two master’s degrees in Philology and Economy. Rozalina has started her career winning a scholarship by Know How Fund of the British Embassy and stayed with American Express Conference Division for 6 months. She is responsible for the overall strategic planning, organization and direction of her company and delegates the day-to-day management to the managers. Her philosophy is that seeing smiles on her clients’ faces means successful business. She looks in innovative ways of developing the congress travel industry.

Maria Arsova holds a master degree in Mass Communication from Sofia University, as well as an associate degree in Culture from the National Secondary School for Culture. Her employment record includes positions such as a PR and Adverting Manager of National Bulgarian carrier Bulgaria Air, Head of Public Relations Department at the Ministry of Economy, Public Relations manager at Actavis (Balkanpharma at the time) and part-time lecturer in the Practical Aspects of the Marketing Theory at the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. Mrs. Arsova is a member of the Bulgarian PR Society since 1998 and member of the International Public Relations Association since 2003.

Kaloyan Todorov is co-owner and CEO of the group SEG, a leading provider of specialized services for the event industry in Bulgaria, with offices in Sofia and Vienna. SEG is considered as a “one stop shop”, since the company provides a broad portfolio of services such as: providing technical equipment, dealing with set and stage design, renting event furniture and creating events concepts, to providing the most modern venue for events in Sofia - SEC. Mr. Todorov graduated Marketing and Management at the University of National and World Economy. In 1996 he went to study in Vienna, where he worked as a technical specialist at Kongresstechnik Austria. Five years later he founded Kongresstechnic Bulgaria, which later became part of SEG. He is responsible for the corporate identity and determines the direction of development of the design department in the group. One of the founders of the modern event design in our country, with extensive international experience and over 40 000 events in his career.
