Mrs. Maria Arsova holds a master’s degree in Mass Communication from Sofia University, as well as an associate degree in Culture from the National Secondary School for Culture.

Her employment record includes positions such as a PR and advertising manager of National Bulgarian carrier Bulgaria Air, Head of the Public Relations Department at the Ministry of Economy, Public Relations Manager at Actavis (Balkanpharma at the time), and part-time lecturer in the Practical Aspects of the Marketing Theory at the University of National and World Economy in Sofia.

Mrs. Arsova has been a member of the Bulgarian PR Society since 1998 and a member of the International Public Relations Association since 2003.
