After earning her degree in Tourism from the University of National and World Economy, Adriana began her distinguished career at a travel agency. Within two years, she joined a leading global hotel chain, where she held key management positions in Bulgaria and Romania for 16 years.

With over 24 years of professional experience, Adriana is a recognized expert and leader in the tourism and hospitality industry. She has collaborated with major international corporations, government and diplomatic institutions, sports organizations, and renowned personalities and brands. Her active participation in hotel openings, repositioning projects, destination development, and strategic positioning has made her a respected figure in the industry. She frequently contributes to prestigious hospitality and tourism investment forums, panels on sustainable development, and innovation in the sector.

Adriana is also a sought-after guest speaker at national and international events and mentors students at the esteemed NHL Stenden University in the Netherlands, sharing her extensive experience with future tourism leaders.

Committed to advancing the Bulgarian tourism sector, Adriana is one of the founders of the Bulgarian Hotel Association and an active member of the Bulgarian Congress Bureau since its inception.
