On 20–21 November 2026, Hall 3 of the National Palace of Culture (NDK) in Sofia will host a major two-day business event bringing together three established formats: Leadership Forum, Women’s Entrepreneurship Day and Sales Club Conference 2026.
The event is expected to welcome more than 1,000 participants and over 80 exhibitors, including entrepreneurs, business leaders, investors, managers and professionals from various industries. It will provide opportunities for knowledge exchange, professional networking and the development of new business partnerships.
Among the organisers is Alternative Advertising, a member of the Bulgarian Convention Bureau, alongside the Selena Women Entrepreneurs Association and Sales Club.
International Speakers and Key Business Topics
The programme will explore leadership, entrepreneurship, sustainable business growth, artificial intelligence, sales and marketing, personal effectiveness and organisational culture.
One of the highlights will be the participation of Brian Tracy and Michael Tracy, internationally recognised experts in leadership and business development. Brian Tracy will join online for a special session, while Michael Tracy will attend in person in Sofia.
The programme will also feature practical presentations, panel discussions and conversations with business professionals, addressing current challenges and opportunities facing modern organisations.
Alongside the conference programme, an exhibition area featuring more than 80 exhibitors will provide additional opportunities for company presentations, networking and business partnerships.
Recognising Women’s Entrepreneurship and Social Impact
On 21 November at 19:00, an official Entrepreneurship Awards 2026 ceremony will recognise women who have made outstanding contributions to business, society and culture.
The ceremony will also honour important social causes and initiatives that contribute to meaningful and lasting positive change.
Bulgarian Convention Bureau – Institutional Partner
The Bulgarian Convention Bureau supports the initiative as an institutional partner, recognising the importance of such events for the development of the professional meetings and events industry, the creation of business connections and the positioning of Sofia as a destination for international business forums.
We are pleased that our member Alternative Advertising is among the organisers of an event that brings together diverse business communities and creates opportunities for professional development, knowledge exchange and new partnerships.
